Oakville, Ontario — Head Office & GTA Distribution

Corporate headquarters and active GTA distribution site in Canada's largest metropolitan market.

Oakville is where Mikhaiel Logistics started, and it remains the nerve centre of the company more than two decades later. Our Oakville facility serves a dual purpose: it's the corporate headquarters where strategy, client relationships, and network planning happen, and it's an active GTA distribution site handling warehousing and fulfillment for clients who need inventory positioned in Canada's largest metropolitan market.

Our Facility

Oakville head office and distribution facility

Facility Overview

The Oakville facility provides combined office and warehouse space. The warehouse portion handles active inventory for GTA-focused distribution programs, while the office side houses the management team, client services, operations coordination, and the technology group that manages our WMS and reporting platforms across all six locations.

The warehouse space is configured for medium-density racked storage and pick-and-pack operations. Dock doors accommodate both LTL pickups and full truckloads. While smaller than our Belleville or Calgary facilities, the Oakville warehouse serves a specific purpose: getting product to GTA-area destinations fast. Same-day delivery across the Greater Toronto Area is standard from this location.

This facility is also the coordination hub for our entire national network. Transportation schedules between Belleville, Calgary, and Montreal are managed from Oakville. Client onboarding, account management, and supply chain consulting engagements operate from here. When a client calls the main Mikhaiel Logistics number, it rings in Oakville.

For any brand selling into the Canadian market, GTA distribution capability is table stakes. Oakville sits on the western edge of the GTA, straddling the boundary between the Halton Region and Mississauga/Peel Region.

The Brain of the Network

While Belleville has the most capacity and Calgary covers the West, Oakville is where the decisions get made. The leadership team operates from this facility, which means clients have direct access to the people who can make things happen — no layers of bureaucracy, no regional managers who need to "escalate."

That direct-access model is a core part of how Mikhaiel Logistics operates. A client call about a shipping issue or a capacity need gets answered by someone with the authority to resolve it immediately. Family-owned businesses don't have the red tape of publicly traded logistics conglomerates, and Oakville is where that advantage is most tangible.
