Belleville, Ontario — Distribution Centre

The Belleville distribution centre is one of the largest single-site 3PL facilities in Eastern Ontario. The building features clear-height racking systems, multiple dock doors for simultaneous inbound and outbound operations, and dedicated zones for pick-and-pack, kitting, and bulk storage.

We've configured the facility to accommodate clients of wildly different profiles — from high-SKU retail programs requiring granular pick-and-pack to bulk CPG storage moving full pallets in and out by the truckload. Dedicated staging areas allow us to manage multiple client programs without cross-contamination or workflow interference.

The facility also has direct rail access, giving clients an alternative to road freight for high-volume, non-time-sensitive shipments. Rail access is increasingly rare for 3PL warehouses in Ontario, and it gives our clients meaningful cost savings on bulk inbound freight from ports and manufacturing centres.

Belleville sits on Canada's busiest freight corridor at the midpoint between Toronto and Montreal. That geographic position is not incidental. It's the reason this facility exists.

From Belleville, a truck reaches Toronto in under two hours and Montreal in under three. Ottawa is roughly two hours north. This means same-day delivery is viable across the entire Central Canada population belt — roughly 18 million people within a single day's drive.

Belleville and the surrounding Quinte region have been attracting logistics operations at an accelerating pace. The combination of major highway access, rail infrastructure, lower operating costs than the GTA, and a regional labour pool make it a natural distribution hub. Municipal economic development efforts and available industrial land have reinforced that trend.
