How Our E-Commerce Fulfillment Works

1. Receiving & Inbound

Your inventory arrives at our facility and gets processed through our WMS. Every unit is counted, inspected, barcoded (if needed), and slotted into its optimal storage location. We handle inbound from domestic suppliers, international containers, and production facilities.

2. Storage & Inventory Management

Your products are stored in our climate-controlled, secure facilities with real-time inventory visibility. Our WMS tracks every unit by SKU, lot number, and location. You see it all through your client portal — stock levels, aging, and velocity.

3. Order Processing & Pick-and-Pack

Orders flow in from your e-commerce platform automatically. Our team picks each order with barcode verification for accuracy, packs it according to your specifications (custom boxes, branded tissue, inserts, etc.), and generates the shipping label with the best carrier rate.

4. Shipping & Last Mile

We ship via Canada Post, Purolator, FedEx, UPS, and regional carriers. Our rate-shopping engine selects the optimal carrier based on your rules — cheapest, fastest, or a balance of both. Tracking numbers push back to your store automatically.

5. Returns Processing

Returns come back to our facility. We inspect, restock, quarantine, or dispose based on your rules. Return data feeds back to your system so you can track return rates and reasons.
